Leah Rettig Bio

It was love at first Power Vinyasa for Leah. She wasn’t sure what she had discovered, but she knew it was something powerful. She remained at that studio for five years and worked as a teacher’s assistant before deciding to take her yoga teacher training with Amber Kilpatrick at the Mindful Vinyasa School of Yoga. For Leah yoga is about connection: The more we reconnect with ourselves, the more open we are to connect to everyone and everything around us.

When not on her mat Leah enjoys running, spending time outside in awe of nature, and hanging out with her nieces and nephew. She works with children and families in the community at a non-profit and is also part of the Mindful Classrooms Project, teaching mindfulness to children in the public schools.
