06 Jul Video Conferencing Training
We have been receiving questions in regards to our video conferencing training, so we will try to answer these questions here in this article.
Q: When the pandemic ends, will video conferencing still be available.
A: Absolutely! Video conferencing training was always something we, at Quest Fitness, have been considering and because of the global pandemic we have moved forward with this option hours after everything had to close. With that being said, it has been decided that we will keep this as a permanent fixture because, during this time, we have gained new friends and family from around the state and around the country for personal training.
Q: How does the video conferencing work?
A: Just like regular training sessions, the video conferencing sessions can be booked online, through a phone call, a text message, or an email. All you have to do is go to our Schedulicity app and make your appointment. We even offer online video conferencing fitness assessments!
Q: Are there major differences between training in person and video conferencing training?
A: There are definite differences, the first being that we’re not in person in the same room. Another slight difference is the equipment being used. Obviously, not everyone has equipment at home that they can use, but that’s where Quest Fitness can help. We specialize in using a minimalist approach to fitness, so you do not need a ton of equipment to complete the fitness session. We will instruct and correct posture and form through the video conferencing. This works out great for people who are not near our personal training facility giving you the option to meet with the trainer in the comfort of your own home.
Q: Do you offer group classes through video conferencing?
A: Absolutely! All of our classes are available through video conferencing. You just have to let us know you were wanting to join and we can get you set up.
